Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance in terms of:
- Drive subcon's performance KPI (Yield, Quality, OEE etc)
- Full engagement in new product ramp-up team and manage safe launch introduction
- Support technical capability assessment at subcon.
- Major owner for subcon audit and performance tracking and drive for improvement
- Drive together with subcon on Assy yield improvement.
- Drive assembly process, equipment stability.
- Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup/buyoff procedure with subcon.
- Continue optimizing on process control and monitoring.
- Supporting deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities.
- Manages assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP, …)
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology/Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical)
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations and problem-solving methodologies and tools.
- 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
- Assembly engineering background is preferred, knowledge in either FOL, EOL backend assembly processes.
- Proficient in English.
