Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and assembly engineering.
  • Knowledge of FOL, EOL backend assembly processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcon Assembly Engineering Performance and drive performance KPIs.
  • Support technical capability assessment and manage assembly equipment qualification.
  • Optimize process control and manage assembly documentation.

Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance in terms of:
  • Drive subcon's performance KPI (Yield, Quality, OEE etc)
  • Full engagement in new product ramp-up team and manage safe launch introduction
  • Support technical capability assessment at subcon.
  • Major owner for subcon audit and performance tracking and drive for improvement
  • Drive together with subcon on Assy yield improvement.
  • Drive assembly process, equipment stability.
  • Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup/buyoff procedure with subcon.
  • Continue optimizing on process control and monitoring.
  • Supporting deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities.
  • Manages assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP, …)
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology/Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical)
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations and problem-solving methodologies and tools.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
  • Assembly engineering background is preferred, knowledge in either FOL, EOL backend assembly processes.
  • Proficient in English.
