Job summary

Hirehub Group in Senai, Johor, is seeking a production assistant to assemble injection-molded parts, inspect quality, and support daily targets. The role requires teamwork in a factory setting and adherence to SOPs.

Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this full-time position with standard Mon–Fri hours and Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• Relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Solid knowledge of equipment operation and troubleshooting; able to resolve issues independently.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble injection‑molded plastic parts using SOPs and drawings.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspection of molded parts and assembled products.
• Identify and report defects such as flash, short shots, deformation, or surface marks.
• Trim excess material and clean parts as required.
• Pack finished products according to packaging specifications.
• Record production output and quality data accurately.
• Follow safety rules, 5S, and workplace discipline requirements.
• Support line leaders or supervisors in meeting daily production targets.
• Assist in rework or sorting activities when necessary.
• Other tasks assigned by the Employer.
