Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to run the Asia Regional Services Hub, delivering end-to-end People operations across multiple countries from Malaysia.

You will build a high-performing team, drive governance, risk management, and process improvements, and partner with COEs, Country Services, and GPSS leadership to meet business needs. The role emphasizes scalable service delivery, training, and readiness for high-volume cycles, with focus on inclusion and cross-border

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in HR/People operations with at least 5 years in people leadership.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country HR operations and service transitions.
• Strong governance, risk management, and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to collaborate across COEs, Country People teams, GPSS leadership, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Asia Regional Services Hub and translate the GPSS operating model into service ownership, delivery standards, and capacity plans.
• Provide end-to-end leadership for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and future regionalized People services.
• Maintain operational stability across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and other Asia countries with sustainable coverage and workload management.
• Establish and sustain service governance with metrics, dashboards, and reviews; ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Build a high-performing regional team with clear accountability, coaching, and inclusive culture.
• Drive resource planning, cross-training, and readiness for hiring ramps or high-volume cycles.
• Partner with COEs, Country Services, and GPSS leadership on delivery, transitions, and risk management.
