Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR/People operations experience with at least 5 years in people leadership.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country HR operations and service transitions.
• Strong analytical, communication, judgment, problem-solving, and team-development capabilities.
• Experience with HR systems, dashboards, automation, self-service, or AI-enabled service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asia Regional Services Hub and translate the GPSS operating model into clear service ownership, delivery standards, capacity plans, and operating routines.
• Provide end-to-end leadership for regional People services including Talent Acquisition Services and Total Rewards Services.
• Maintain operational stability across supported Asia countries through sustainable coverage, workload management, escalation support, and business-cycle readiness.
• Establish and sustain service governance through performance metrics, dashboards, training trackers, quality reviews, issue management, and operational reviews.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional team with clear accountabilities and a culture of inclusion, ownership, and continuous improvement.
