Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking the Country HR Director, Malaysia to lead the People function at country level and tailor global People strategies to Malaysia’s business needs.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive talent, organizational effectiveness, AI-enabled HR initiatives, workforce planning and change management, while upholding Micron values and ensuring compliant, inclusive people operations across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in a complex, multinational environment.
• Ability to translate global People strategies into country-specific initiatives.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled HR, people analytics, and governance.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced HR qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a country People vision aligned with Malaysia business needs.
• Lead Malaysia People team to deliver high-impact, business-aligned outcomes as One People Team.
• Advise senior leaders on talent, capability and organisation strategies enabling transformation.
• Set a country-level vision for responsible AI adoption across People processes with governance.
• Drive workforce planning, organization design and change management for AI-enabled transformation.
