Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with 4-7 years in international leadership.
• Extensive experience handling large accounts with a global/multi-national customer base.
• Customer focus, strong business acumen and technical know-how.

Responsibilities

• Drive the EAS strategy for the responsible region and translate market needs into growth plans.
• Manage profit and loss for product lines in mobile antennas and filters in Asia.
• Oversee sales territory, business development and partnerships to fuel regional growth.
• Collaborate with Market Area domain organization and customer units.
• Conduct annual business planning and target setting.
