Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Hotel invites applications for a Pastry/Bakery role on a full-time, on-site basis. You will prepare breads and pastries, bake and decorate per recipes, and ensure quality and presentation standards are met.

You will review production sheets, monitor temps, maintain safety logs, and support the team with training and coaching while upholding hygiene and professional conduct.

Formación

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare breads and pastries according to recipes and standards.
• Review Production sheet to understand daily variety of baked goods.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
