Job summary

myNews is seeking a capable supervisor to drive outlet sales targets and lead a team of Supervisors and Associates in achieving KPI through coaching and motivation. The role involves overseeing daily operations, executing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with SOPs across outlets.

The position requires coordinating with HR for manpower planning, recruitment, and performance reviews. Weekend and public holiday work, plus shift flexibility, are expected aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Willing to work during weekend and public holidays.
• Willing to work long or irregular hours – shift work and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieving outlet sales targets, managing manpower and executing sales strategies.
• Ensuring outlets adherence to Standard Operating Policies and Procedures
• Daily operational matters including sales promotion activities, merchandising compliances, logistic issues, stock control and software & hardware maintenance.
• Leading Outlet Supervisors & Associates achieving stores’ KPI by coaching, guidance and motivating
• Coordinating with Human Resource department in manpower planning, staff recruitment, conducting appraisals & training.
