Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years in F&B/retail management, strong English communication, and the ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed. A proactive team player with ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience having worked in F&B/retail field as a manager or area manager role.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with ownership.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in managing multiple outlets operations.
• Responsible in outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L).
• Train and develop team to be top notch customer service agents.
• Formulate and execute project delivery plans.
• Develop internal & external partnerships.
• Monitor performance of project with key metrics and provide insights to senior management.
• Develop understanding of the project including SOP training, product innovation, and market trends.
