Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural and finishing works on site.
• Prepare method statements and construction methodologies for consultant review.
• Coordinate architectural trades (masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, ceilings, waterproofing, doors, windows).
• Ensure workmanship and materials meet project quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions.
