Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Part 2 LAM recognized) or equivalent is advantageous.
• 2 years of architectural firm or site experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; rendering with Lumion or V-Ray; Revit knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Technical Drafting: Produce precise architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Design & Documentation Support: Translate concepts into detailed construction drawings and documentation.
• Coordination of Drawings: Align drawings with consultants and resolve discrepancies.
• Site & Measurement Work: Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
• Documentation Management: Maintain drawing records, revisions, and file structures.
