Job summary

EcoWorld seeks an experienced Architect to lead product design coordination, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements. The role bridges external design teams, internal stakeholders, and authorities to deliver compliant, integrated designs for township and high-rise developments.

You will review proposals, coordinate with engineers, planners and MEP consultants, and support value engineering while mitigating design risks to keep approvals and timelines on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; LAM registration is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural design coordination.
• Experience in township, mixed-use, or high-rise developments preferred.
• Proficiency in coordinating with external consultants and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design proposals and reviews with external architects and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and approvals.
• Facilitate approvals with authorities and manage design integration.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation; manage stakeholder communications.
