Job summary

One East Development Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor is seeking an Assistant Architect to support the design and development of innovative projects. You will assist in creating drawings, coordinate with the design team, and help ensure feasible and compliant proposals.

You will participate in site visits, contribute to client proposals, and help maintain comprehensive project documentation while growing your skills through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience as Assistant Architect or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

As our Assistant Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and development of our innovative projects in Kayu Ara, Selangor. What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development and execution of architectural designs, plans, and drawings
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the feasibility and compliance of design proposals
• Conduct research and analysis to support the design process
• Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials and client proposals
• Participate in site visits and construction supervision activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Support the team in any other tasks as required to ensure the successful delivery of projects

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience working as an Assistant Architect or in a similar role
