Job summary

Talent Recruit is representing a multinational client for an Arabic-speaking KYC Analyst role in Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar Shopping Mall). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and you will review customer documents and resolve KYC alerts to activate new trading accounts.

The position requires strong Arabic and English communication, confidentiality, and the ability to multi-task in a back-office setting; immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to join immediately on 11 Dec 2024.
Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
Experience with KYC or back-office operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Review customer documents
Resolve alerts while conducting KYC
Activate new customer trading accounts
Handle client communication via multilingual templated emails
Perform back-office operations, including withdrawals, transfers, deposits
Perform additional tasks and special projects upon request
