Job summary

DayOne invites you to join our Billing and Collections team to own invoice issuance and follow-up for our rapidly expanding data center operations across APAC and Europe. You will work closely with Sales, Operations and Project teams to keep billing accurate and disputes resolved in a timely manner.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in billing/AR, a Diploma in Finance or Accounting, and strong Excel skills. Familiarity with SAP and AR systems is a plus, as is experience handling disputes and

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in billing, AR, collections or finance operations.
• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Familiarity with AR systems and SAP preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and standard reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices based on validated charges and coordinate billable items.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing to protect cash flow and DSO.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and manage payments through to resolution.
• Handle invoice status inquiries, payment questions, and adjustments.
