Responsabilités

• Lead Accounts Receivable operations to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Directly manage supervisors, clerks and experts to optimize DSO and bad debt provisions.
• Drive process improvements and automation in OTC using First Choice methodology.
• Manage service lines with 3rd party collection agencies and related costs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure strong end-to-end OTC performance
