Electrolux Group is expanding its Centre of Excellence in Accounts Receivable in Malaysia, focusing on processing invoices, cash allocations, and month-end closing. The role emphasizes delivering timely AR services, maintaining SLAs, and supporting a cross-functional team across locations.

The candidate will monitor the full AR cycle, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and compliant operations in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a Shared Services setup.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese with good communication skills.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
• Willingness to travel and be full-time.

Responsabilités

• Provide AR transaction processing support to deliver AR services per established processes.
• Ensure daily AR operations meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Monitor AR cycle from invoice processing to cash allocation to meet KPIs.
• Support migration of AR function to the Shared Services Centre in Malaysia.
• Attend to queries, resolve issues, and escalate where needed.
• Support internal and external audits and cross-team collaboration.
• Perform month-end processes and prepare reports.
