Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Application Group Executive in Malaysia to lead development and industrialization of new products and processes. You will collaborate with R&D, factory and marketing to drive compliance, sustainability, and efficiency across NPDI projects.

The role requires 1–3 years in Food Manufacturing/R&D, with strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines. On-site position based in Malacca City, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Science related field (Food Sciences and Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering).
• 1-3 years experience in Food Manufacturing/R&D.
• Able to take initiative and work in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or introduce new products, processes and packaging within factory(ies), based on R&D owned technology or in close collaboration with R&D, while taking into consideration compliance with Nestle and external standards.
• Support factory and marketing on projects / initiatives related to product, processes and technologies improvement including 60/40+
• Co-ordinate with co-packers on implementation of new products.
• Ensure projects (NPD, raw / packaging, inter market supply) are successfully industrialized following NPDI process and in compliance to Nestle requirement in terms of Quality, regulatory, SHE and environmental sustainability.
• Responsible for all processes and requirements related to Materials and Recipe Management are followed, and comply with corporate standards.
• Drive process and product improvements with generation of OE savings.

• Performance improvement aligned with the objectives in accordance with guidelines.
