Responsibilities

• Deploy people development plans and ensure SOP compliance across shift.
• Coach employees using NCE approach.
• Maintain GMP-compliant, clean, safe work areas.
• Enforce hygiene and PPE procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and support operators.
• Provide timely feedback to develop staff per NCE.
• Ensure succession planning and training development.
• Distribute skills to meet production plans.
• Coordinate timely product launches and maintain installations with QA/Engineering.

We are looking for a First Line Manager to ensure Employee Safety, Product Quality and Asset Performance while delivering on time the Shift Production Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely deployment of People development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with PM (proper training inc. equipment, safety procedures, hygiene) Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the shift.
• Coach employees to fulfil and exceed the requirements of the job through NCE approach
• Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety e.g. protective clothing (uniform), shoe change & hand wash.
• Support in leading a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through NCE approach. Drive for excellence and support operators and staff in their tasks.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and team in order to develop them to their full potential and to achieve objectives in accordance with NCE guidelines.
• Ensure succession plans and development - coaching of direct reports (where applicable) including development of specific training.
• Ensure that there is an adequate distribution of skills to enable production plan to be achieved effectively.
• Ensure timely launch of new products to the Market as per agreed with the business unit.Ensure adequate maintenance of the installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration.

We're Looking For:

• Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• With 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production or FMCG industries
• With background in manpower, quality, safety, and compliance management
