Job summary

Oval Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an Application Executive / Service Engineer to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The role bridges technical capabilities with customer needs to drive revenue growth and ensure customers receive solutions meeting their requirements.

The position requires a degree or diploma in engineering and 1–2 years of experience, with fresh graduates welcome. Candidates must have their own car and be adept at coordinating technical and commercial discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of working experience preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Must have own car.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer technical application & sales enquiries on company products and on-site service support when required.
• Participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings when required.
• Handle day-to-day matters and provide efficient support for quotation / proposals and follow up processes.
• Grow or maintain customer base and conduct customer visits on an assignment basis.
• Ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Prepare monthly Job Reports to Sales Manager and Principals.
