Job summary

Shining 3D is seeking a technically skilled professional to install, train, demo and support customers both on-site and in-house. You will back the sales team with product recommendations tailored to customer applications, while staying alert to competitor trends and market shifts.

You will travel to provide hands-on support and will represent SHINING 3D at webinars and trade shows as needed. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a technical role related to metrology or engineering, capable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in metrology, engineering, manufacturing or quality control preferred.
Minimum 2 years in a technical role; 3D scanner / CMM / CAD-CAM experience a plus.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T is a plus.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Install, train, demo and provide on-site and in-house support for customers.
Support sales process with product recommendations for customer applications.
Stay updated with competitor information and market trends.
Cooperate with sales team to identify leads and opportunities.
Represent SHINING 3D at webinars, virtual events and in-person trade shows when applicable.
