Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Solution Engineer based in Malaysia to blend technical acumen with business insight, supporting APJ opportunities and enabling partners. You will engage customers, design encryption and trust solutions, and help stakeholders translate requirements into tangible DigiCert outcomes.

Travel is expected 25-50% across ASEAN. You will work with Account Managers, regional teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to demonstrate business value and drive successful

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or similar role.
Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
Experience working with partners, distributors, resellers, service providers, or technology alliances.
Experience delivering technical training and enablement sessions.

Responsibilities

Customer engagement and technical discovery.
Lead or participate in customer meetings, demos, and technical presentations.
Translate requirements into practical DigiCert solutions.
Plan and support proofs of concept or value.
Design tailored technical solutions and architecture.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other teams.
