Job summary

Kymera International in Asia Pacific seeks a Sales Manager - Water Technologies to drive growth across APAC, with 50-70% travel and a remote/home office arrangement. You will lead end-to-end commercial activities, partnering with our technical teams to develop differentiated, value-based water-treatment solutions for industrial customers across diverse markets.

The role focuses on expanding markets in Mining & Minerals, Food & Beverage, High-Tech Manufacturing, Power Generation and Industrial

Qualifications

Proven commercial success in industrial water treatment or related water technologies.
Technical degree preferred in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or related.
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage complex technical sales across APAC.
Fluency in an Asian language and English is essential.

Responsibilities

Drive profitable sales growth across APAC by building and converting a strong pipeline of industrial water-treatment opportunities.
Develop new business across Mining & Minerals, Food & Beverage, High-Tech Manufacturing, Power Generation and Industrial Water Treatment.
Build relationships with end users, OEMs, engineering companies and channel partners, developing strategic accounts and long-term partnerships.
Understand customer water-treatment challenges and work with Kymera's technical teams to develop differentiated, value-based solutions.
Lead opportunities from qualification through technical evaluation, proposal, pricing, negotiation and contract award.
Identify market, customer, competitor and regulatory developments and translate these into actionable growth opportunities.
