Job summary

AudioCodes seeks an experienced Voice AI Subject Matter Expert to drive commercial growth of Voice AI Connect and Live Hub in APAC. You will identify new enterprise customers and partners, lead discovery to deal progression, and translate CX challenges into compelling Voice AI use cases.

You will own the technical validation journey from design to demos, POCs, and pilots while balancing technical credibility with commercial focus to grow AudioCodes' Voice AI presence in Southeast Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

5+ years in SME or Sales/Solution Architect role (or equivalent)
Technical expertise in Voice AI, CX, and telecom/VoIP
Experience selling real-time communication solutions to contact centers
Ability to engage at senior levels across technology and business
Proven track record with technology partners and multi-vendor ecosystems

Responsibilities

Lead qualification, discovery, and solution design for Voice AI and CX Automation opportunities across APAC.
Scope and run customer demos, POCs, and pilots, with clear success criteria and driving to closure.
Partner with regional Sales Leads to develop new enterprise opportunities and convert pipeline into bookings.
Identify relevant Voice AI use cases from customer needs and ROI considerations.
Own RFP/RFI responses and lead technical discussions with customers and partners.
