Job summary

Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive UPS and data center power training for field engineers, partners and end users in APAC. The role includes classroom and on-site delivery, plus updating course content and ensuring safety standards.

You will also act as SME for Schneider Electric UPS solutions, designing and updating training materials, and creating digital training programs. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Electrical or electronics engineering degree preferred.
• Experience with Schneider Electric three-phase UPS equipment is desirable.
• Ability to lead a group of trainees and manage course content within allocated time.
• Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training on UPS equipment and data center power solutions.
• Provide UPS training via virtual and in-person classrooms and on customer premises.
• Develop and update training materials and ensure safety standards in sessions.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering management and support to stay current on developments.
