Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a Technical Associate to provide technical support to the Underwriting Innovation & Capability team across the Asia Pacific region. The role will include timely and accurate data entry, support for underwriting authority updates and annual attestation review, and maintaining and creating content on SharePoint sites.

You will manage documentation, generate PowerPoint and Excel reports, and assist with CRM data cleanup and analytics while coordinating meetings

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of working experience
• Knowledge in underwriting is an added advantage
• Good communication skills and stakeholder interaction

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry and document management across APAC.
• Support underwriting authority updates and annual attestation reviews.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and governance.
• Prepare PowerPoint, Word, and Excel reports.
• Coordinate team meetings and minutes, offsites, and expenses.
• Assist with CRM data cleanup and analytics.
• Support ad-hoc tasks for the Underwriting Innovation & Capability team.
