Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in real estate, construction, or facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methods, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic oversight of multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead portfolio planning including scope, schedule, budget, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and teams across your portfolio.
• Monitor performance and resolve interdependencies and resource conflicts.
• Manage portfolio budgets, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Conduct site visits to verify quality and safety.
• Prepare portfolio status reports and presentations.
• Identify process improvements across the portfolio.
