Job summary

JLL is seeking a Transaction Manager embedded in APAC Transaction Management to coordinate office leasing across multiple markets for large corporate occupiers in the region. You will manage end-to-end lease transactions, track critical dates, and liaise with brokers and internal teams to ensure deals meet client expectations.

Strong communication, financial literacy, and Excel proficiency are essential. APAC multi-market experience is a plus, with governance and reporting responsibilities

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in commercial real estate transaction management within APAC.
• Experience managing multiple lease transactions across markets.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to model lease economics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lease transactions across APAC markets.
• Track critical dates: expiries, break options, rent reviews, deadlines.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to execute transactions.
• Prepare deal comparisons, financial analyses, and papers for decisions.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate with legal through to execution.
