Job summary

Caldic is hiring a Regional Supply Planner to drive efficient product flow across the APAC region. You will develop supply plans, optimize inventory, and work with Demand Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing to balance supply and demand.

The role requires 5+ years in supply planning, ERP experience, and strong analytical skills. You will engage with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and contribute to regional S&OP discussions.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
• Minimum 5+ years in a Supply Planning role.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans to ensure timely product availability across the APAC region while optimizing inventory levels.
• Balance supply and demand with Demand Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing teams.
• Analyze capacity constraints and propose solutions to meet regional requirements.
• Monitor inventory performance, stock levels, aging and slow-moving products.
• Minimize stock-outs and reduce excess/inactive inventory while improving turnover.
• Collaborate with suppliers and procurement to ensure on-time deliveries and lead time management.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with data-driven insights.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on service levels, inventory, costs and delivery performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes and drive regional digitalization initiatives.
