Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to consolidate APAC inventory, demand, sales and forecast data. You will develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to support SIOP/IBP and management decisions.

Focus on forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels and working capital. You will work with regional teams across APAC, identify trends and data quality issues, and prepare executive-level insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory analysis, or reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and performance metrics.
• Good knowledge of SIOP/IBP, inventory management, forecasting, and working capital concepts.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting/BI tools; ERP or planning system experience is preferred.
• Able to prepare clear management reports and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple APAC markets and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze APAC inventory, demand, sales, and forecast data.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support SIOP/IBP and management decisions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and working capital performance.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and data quality issues across regional supply chain activities.
• Prepare executive-level reports and insights for regional leadership and corporate planning.
• Support Supply Chain Managers and Operations teams with planning and performance analysis.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, standardized processes, and data governance.
