Zusammenfassung

Kimberly-Clark is hiring an APAC Aurora Customer Solution Lead (12 months Fixed Term Contract) in Malaysia – Petaling Jaya. You will oversee SAP implementation across functions such as GBS, Finance, and Supply Chain, driving standardization and coordinating resources through design, testing, and go-live phases.

You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to align SAP solutions with business goals, and act as a primary business representative for deployment milestones,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation or functional leadership, preferably SAP implementations.
• Fluent in English (required) and able to collaborate with global teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and optimizing business processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead SAP implementation efforts for the assigned function and segment across the organization.
• Drive process standardization across the function in alignment with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and validate business requirements.
• Coordinate resources for design, testing, and training within the function.
• Ensure SAP solution aligns with operational needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate decision-making within the functional workstream and escalate as needed.
• Oversee functional testing, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Act as primary business representative for assigned countries and functions.
• Support change management to promote SAP adoption and secure sign-offs at milestones.
• Coordinate with other functional leads for cross-functional integration.
