Job summary

You will bridge the Aurora program and business stakeholders, guiding design, testing, cutover, and go-live across Order to Cash and Market to Order in ES4 HANA.

You will lead cross-functional teams, standardize processes, and ensure SAP solutions meet operational needs and strategic goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in business transformation or functional leadership; SAP experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of the assigned business function (finance, supply chain, commercial).
• Proven ability to standardize and optimize processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing resources.
• Fluent in English; additional languages desirable.
• Knowledge of OTC (Order to Cash) & MTO (Market to Order).
• Integration of TPM, GTS, Billing, TM, AR.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation for the assigned function and segment.
• Drive process standardization across the function.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Coordinate resources for design, testing, and training.
• Ensure SAP aligns with operational needs and business goals.
• Facilitate decision-making within the workstream; escalate as needed.
• Oversee testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
• Serve as primary business representative for countries and functions.
