Qualifications

• Experience with SAP MDG in the Customer Master Data domain.
• Involvement in SAP implementations, deployments, or rollouts.
• Strong data quality governance knowledge.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP MDG Customer Master Data rollout activities across APAC markets.
• Collaborate with local business stakeholders, global project teams, and SAP consultants.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for Customer Master Data.
• Support data preparation, cleansing and migration activities.
• Ensure alignment between local requirements and global standards.
• Assist with testing including UAT, issue resolution.
• Support deployment prep, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth rollout.
