Job summary

Continental is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate ERP process improvements across APAC, consolidating sales requirements globally within SAP. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to align regional needs with global standards and support continuous improvement of workflows and user experience in the SAP environment.

The role includes change/demand management, testing SAP enhancements, and training key users worldwide, with travel focused on APAC.

Qualifications

Degree in business sciences or information technology.
Experience in sales support or sales-related functions, SAP SD.
Willingness to travel worldwide with APAC focus.
Ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
Structured and analytical work approach.

Responsibilities

Coordinate process improvement initiatives to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Consolidate APAC BU Sales requirements globally within a single ERP system.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to align regional needs with global standards.
Support continuous improvement to optimize workflows and ERP user experience.
Specify, evaluate, and approve demand requests to align with business objectives.
Test and validate SAP enhancements prior to deployment in production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for changes and stability.
Consult stakeholders to ensure compliance with global standards.
Process tickets in the BMC Helix system.
Provide training and documentation for key users, and participate in international meetings.
