Job summary

Solutions SFT is seeking a Regional Procurement Business Partner - APAC to drive deployment of global category strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. You will partner with Global Category Management and regional operations to translate strategy into action and manage stakeholder expectations in a hybrid Malaysia-based role.

The role emphasizes supplier governance, regional demand insight, and delivery of milestones, with a focus on aerospace and high-technology sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement or supplier management in a matrix organisation.
• Experience deploying sourcing strategies and leading stakeholder change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional deployment plans aligned with global strategies.
• Coordinate sourcing initiatives, supplier transitions and long-term agreements.
• Monitor milestones, risks and adoption; escalate barriers to leadership.
