Qualifications

• Administrative background required, experience in industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experienced in database systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter MOCs on behalf of technical and plant resources.
• Follow MOCs for speed of execution and gather information.
• Support bottlenecked resources in retrieving information.
• Generate reports identifying constrained process areas.
• Ensure MOCs documentation is properly archived.
• Help track organizational changes impacting MOC process.
• Identify/track root causes for delays.
