Job summary

The Regional Operational Customer Success Lead at Kuok Group Singapore (KGSg) sits between data centre operations and customers, ensuring top-tier service delivery across APAC. You will manage customer relationships, drive platform adoption, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee post-sales engagement in multiple countries from Sedenak, Johor.

Strong ITIL/ISO knowledge, 5+ years of customer-facing data centre experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, sales, or related field.
• Over 5 years in a customer-facing role in data centre, colocation, or IT services.
• In-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure, power and cooling, ITSM frameworks (ITIL/ISO 27001/Uptime Institute).
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication; able to present to technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure proactive service delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical and Delivery teams for seamless service.
• Oversee post-sales engagement across APAC countries.
• Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and service performance.
• Ensure SLAs are fulfilled and incidents are communicated.
