Job summary

STACK Infrastructure APAC is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure contractual compliance, achieve SLAs, and drive overall customer satisfaction in Malaysia. You will be a trusted escalation point, championing a seamless customer experience while fostering long-term relationships across STACK’s APAC operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams during construction and transition to operations, ensuring readiness, billing accuracy, and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in service delivery, programme management or similar customer-facing roles in data centre or critical infra.
• Self-driven with accountability for delivering outcomes and resolving issues.
• Strong account management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Customer Success framework aligning expectations with STACK’s operational model.
• Collaborate with customers and STACK teams during construction for compliance, timelines and billing.
• Coordinate transition from construction to operations and readiness for go-live.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as escalation point.
• Represent STACK in meetings, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve pain points and ensure world-class service.
• Monitor account performance and implement actions to improve outcomes.
• Lead incident management and escalation processes, including after-hours support.
• Own service delivery efforts to meet SLA commitments.
