Job summary

TMF Group is establishing a Kuala Lumpur Regional Delivery Center (RDC) and seeks an experienced RDC leader to scale operations across APAC. The role focuses on building a mature, cost-efficient, high-quality RDC capability with strong P&L stewardship.

The candidate will lead a large, cross-functional team spanning accounting, tax, entity management, payments, and payroll, embedding global standards and governance while driving productivity through standardisation and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale RDC/shared services
• Strong track record in scaling delivery across multiple geographies
• Commercial acumen with P&L ownership and cost control
• Ability to design value-driven, outcome-focused operating models
• Leadership of cross-functional teams across accounting, tax, payroll and payments

Responsibilities

• Lead Kuala Lumpur RDC as a high-performing, multi-site hub for APAC markets.
• Partner with regional/global teams to move work into the RDC with high quality delivery.
• Build and lead large, multidisciplinary teams across accounting, tax, entity management, payments and payroll.
• Drive productivity, process optimisation, automation and simplified internal billing metrics.
• Own and manage RDC P&L, ensuring cost efficiency and scalable growth.
• Embed RDC governance to meet global standards and ensure compliance.
