- Strong knowledge of medical analysis systems and laboratory diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Application Support via multiple channels to diagnose and resolve lab software issues.
- Drive quality governance by identifying product quality issues and performing root-cause troubleshooting.
- Champion digital adoption by guiding customers to digital support platforms and self-fix tools.
- Simulate customer scenarios in onsite lab to test assays and validate solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing with AI-driven materials and updates for customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate in local and regional service projects to improve service delivery.
