Job summary

RGA, a Fortune 200 reinsurance company, seeks an EQA Practice Leader for APAC to oversee quality engineering across agile product teams, mentoring staff and shaping the QA roadmap.

You will lead distributed QA teams, drive automation and CI/CD alignment, and ensure testing supports enterprise goals while collaborating with Product Management, Development, Information Management, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering Enablement and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/related field.
• 15+ years in QA with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
• Experience building and leading distributed QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with cloud, containerized, and distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Quality Planning and KPI reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers.
• Drive automation, AI-powered testing, and in-sprint improvements.
• Define standard test strategies for Agile delivery.
• Ensure QA metrics are tracked and aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering across domains.
• Oversee defect management and quality delivery across teams.
