Job summary

RGA is seeking an EQA Practice Leader for APAC to define and execute enterprise quality assurance across multiple domains. You will lead a technical team, implement standard test strategies, and mentor QA professionals embedded in product teams.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and experience with cloud and AI-enabled QA practices. You will help shape the QA architectural roadmap, drive automation, and ensure delivery aligns with enterprise quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in BA/BS or technology or equivalent experience.
15+ years leading Quality Assurance functions including SDLC, client consulting, software implementations.
Experience leading distributed QA teams and managing staff across geographies.
Proven track record in QA methodologies, tools, and processes across cloud/containerized environments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Quality Planning aligned with KPIs and long‑term quality vision.
Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers across domains.
Drive process improvements, automation, and AI to reduce QA debt and improve coverage.
Define standardized test strategies for Agile delivery and product roadmaps.
Ensure QA metrics are tracked and reported to measure effectiveness.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and Enterprise Architecture to embed quality.
