Job summary

APAC procurement role focusing on vendor contracts and supplier onboarding. Responsible for maintaining the contract database, monitoring expiry, and coordinating supplier onboarding for APAC region and manufacturing.

You will manage facilities-related purchases, act as the I-Procurement support liaison, and collaborate with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies. Weekly to monthly reporting and budgeting duties are included, with coaching for team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Vendor Contract Database for APAC region and manufacturing.
• Monitor contract uploads and trigger warnings for expiry.
• Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers for APAC region and manufacturing.
• Handle category purchases such as facilities and communications aids.
• Serve as contact window for I-Procurement support and resolve Inspyrus discrepancies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth P2P processes and best practices.
• Compile monthly APAC savings tracker and STSC system reports.
• Prepare quarterly budgets, forecasts, purchasing trends, and supplier performance reviews.
