Job summary

Omya seeks a Regional Source-to-Contract lead to adapt global category strategies for the APAC region, ensuring operational relevance and regional alignment with global standards.

You will drive regional category strategy deployment, coordinate with Procurement Heads and Specialists, and oversee supplier selection, contract drafting, and performance monitoring to meet regional business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Economics or related fields.
• Significant experience in logistics sourcing management or procurement operations.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and localize global category strategies for regional relevance.
• Define and implement the regional category strategy aligning with global direction and regional priorities.
• Ensure adherence to global sourcing standards within the regional context.
• Coordinate category implementation with Heads of Procurement and Specialists.
• Lead regional sourcing events and monitor supplier performance.
• Oversee supplier data accuracy, RFP documentation, negotiations, and contract drafts.
• Coordinate daily Source-2-Contract tasks and resolve escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of sourcing workflows.
• Lead and develop the team within Source-2-Contract and ensure capacity planning.
