Job summary

NP Digital Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Manager, People - APAC to partner with regional leaders and drive People programs across APAC. You will lead HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, policy administration and compliance, while aligning local practices with global People strategies.

The role demands 5–7+ years of HR experience and at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive HR/People experience across APAC.
• 2+ years in an HR Manager/People Partner role.
• Experience in a digital agency or fast-paced service environment.
• Practical knowledge of Malaysia employment requirements.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day People operations across APAC, including payroll and benefits.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance.
• Partner with managers on performance feedback, probation reviews, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Support Talent Acquisition and regional hiring needs.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and produce People metrics.
• Support regional People projects and training programs.
