Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple APAC entities. You will ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate employee data, and support payroll transformation initiatives in collaboration with Finance, HR, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Payroll qualification is preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems and multiple countries is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for multiple countries in APAC.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxation, and benefits.
