Super Food Specialists (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Procurement Buyer for Packaging to support multiple APAC manufacturing sites. The role will manage a significant packaging spend, build strong supplier partnerships, and drive category maturity to support growth, sustainability, and supply security.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years procurement experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods or Manufacturing industries.
• Proven packaging sourcing and category management experience.
• Strong track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Experience managing regional suppliers and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Experience working in a matrix and multinational environment.

Responsabilités

• Understand complex business requirements across multiple markets and production sites.
• Manage Packaging sub-categories with guidance from Global Category Leads and local stakeholders.
• Develop regional sourcing strategies aligned with global objectives and business needs.
• Balance cost, quality, sustainability and supply security to drive value.
• Lead RFx processes and negotiate regional contracts with suppliers.
• Support category strategy development and execution across APAC.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Finance, R&D and Sustainability teams.
