Job summary

Shell Malaysia is offering an APAC Material Planning internship in Kuala Lumpur for a 4‑month term with potential extension. You will support raw material planning, inventory monitoring, and data analysis to aid demand forecasting and supply planning.

You will work with regional planners, prepare performance dashboards, and gain hands-on exposure to the energy industry while developing professional networks in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Base Oil Invoicing Activities.
• Assist in monitoring raw material inventory levels and replenishment plans.
• Support data analysis for demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Collaborate with regional planners and suppliers to resolve material availability issues.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for planning performance and KPIs.
