Job summary

lululemon in Malaysia is seeking a Lead Visual Merchandiser to drive strategy and execution for APAC key markets. You will partner with regional teams to translate campaigns, optimize store layouts, and elevate guest experiences across multiple locations.

The role focuses on coaching store teams, building capabilities, and managing new openings and renovations while upholding brand standards and ensuring on-brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Communications, Design or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Brand Experience or related retail functions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale visual merchandising across multiple locations or markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of visual merchandising strategies across the APAC market(s) aligned with brand direction.
• Translate campaigns, window displays, styling standards and product placement for local market needs.
• Drive weekly/monthly/quarterly in-store visual merchandising execution to enhance guest experience and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring campaigns and product launches to life in retail environments.
• Partner with local vendors to brief campaign creatives and ensure quality and on-time execution.
