Job summary

DP World is seeking a Director – HSEQ, Logistics – APAC to lead and shape HSEQ across its Contract Logistics operations in Asia Pacific. You will embed HSEQ into bids, design and launches while strengthening standards across existing operations and new acquisitions.

You will report to the VP – HSE – APAC and work with regional leaders to translate global standards into practical, effective solutions across our APAC logistics footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ across APAC Logistics and embed standards in new projects and launches.
• Define HSEQ requirements for opportunities, covering budgetary, technical, legal and commercial aspects.
• Lead HSEQ readiness for new business launches and ISO compliance within 12 months.
• Identify HSEQ risks with stakeholders and drive improvement plans to completion.
• Ensure sites comply with HSE Management System and relevant requirements including High-Risk Assessments.
• Lead pre-acquisition HSEQ assessments and integration of new acquisitions.
• Oversee HSE audits, assessments and inspections with corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and safety culture programmes.
• Mentor HSEQ Managers and Launch Leads across the APAC region.
